Unless Sole Use of the venue has been hired we use long trestle tables 80cm x 225cm, which can seat 8-10pax.
We can create longer bridal tables up to 12pax if required. We don’t have any round tables at the restaurant. If you would like to use round tables, you will need to hire these in at your own expense.
We can place a tentative hold on a date that you are interested in for up to 14 days before a $500 deposit is required to confirm your booking.
If a deposit is not paid by this date then we will release you booking. Once Deposits are paid they are non refundable.
We require a minimum of 60 guests for weddings held with us on Fridays and a minimum of 80 guests for weddings held with us on Saturdays.
Our Chef’s can cater for most dietary requirements provided we are given a minimum of 48 hours notice.
For children under 12 years we offer children’s meals of crumbed: calamari, barramundi or chicken served with chips and salad for $10 ph.
Alternatively we offer a children’s package, which includes a children’s meal, fruit and ice cream for dessert and unlimited soft drink throughout the night for $25ph.

Yes.
We can offer small tables of 2pax up to 20pax a table on the waterfront on decking areas. If small ceremonies wish to be held at Pee Wees these can be held midweek by arrangement.
We don’t offer complimentary tasting of our food. Most of the dishes on our set menus are also on the a la carte menu and can be tried if you make a dinner reservation in the restaurant.
Several of the items from the cocktail food menu also appear on our a la carte menu and can be incorporated into our gourmet tasting plates.
Yes a booking cannot be confirmed unless a deposit has been received within the specified period.
Wedding deposits are made up of a $250 lawn hire fee and a $250 ceremony fee. Once paid, deposits are non refundable. The deposit is required once the fourteen-day hold period has expired.
Full payment for the function will be required 48 hours prior to the function by cash, credit card or company cheque. Payment by personal cheque or EFT is by prior arrangement only.
Our staff ratio for weddings is 1:20.

We will type menus for the tables unless you would prefer to organise this.

We have an easel and board to which you can attach a guest-seating plan.
As the board is A1 sized we recommend your seating plan be typed on at least an A3 sheet of paper.
We also have small table numbers that you are welcome to use.
No, Pee Wees is a fully licensed venue.
No, the beverage package prices are based on the drinks available in the package.
The lawn has bamboo flares the entire length of the fencing which is filled with citronella oil.
We also have plenty of 'Aeroguard' at the restaurant that your guests are welcome to use.
The lawn has two large floodlights and the bamboo flares that will all be lit. Extra lighting can be erected such as fairy lights, or candles on tables - please see Lily or Brigitte regarding this.
No. If you require any equipment you will need to hire it.

No. We don’t use tablecloths in the restaurant.
We can hire these in for your function at a cost of $2.50ph. If you select the Platinum Wedding Package the cost of white linen tablecloths is included in the price of the package. White linen napkins are used in the standard set up.
